Why do FLOW fix leggings cover the instep?

With FLOW fix leggings, compression also works where swelling tends to be most noticeable – around the ankles and on the instep. The fabric extends over the instep, providing compression along the entire length of the leg. The transition at the ankle is smooth, without uncomfortable digging in.

Thanks to the 3D-textured fabric, FLOW fix leggings also provide a gentle micro-massage effect on the skin that helps support microcirculation and natural lymph flow.

FLOW fix leggings are designed for everyday wear – at work, on walks and when travelling. The open heel and toes let you wear them with regular shoes.

You can choose from two lengths, LOW and HIGH, depending on your height.

The seamless leg finish doesn’t dig into the skin and keeps you comfortable all day.

The combination of the micro-massage effect and medium compression helps relieve heavy, tired legs – whether you deal with swelling after a long day of standing or sitting, or with discomfort associated with symptoms of lipoedema.

The anatomically shaped high waist shapes your figure.

“+” sizes have a larger waist circumference, so the leggings fit comfortably even if your waist is larger in proportion to your hips. FLOW fix leggings are comfortable to wear all day long.

FAQ

What is the difference between FLOW and FLOW fix leggings? FLOW fix leggings have the same 3D massage fabric, but the legs continue over the instep – so compression also works around the ankles and insteps. They also come in two lengths (LOW and HIGH) and in “+” sizes with a larger waist.

Which length should I choose? It depends on your height: LOW for 5′1″–5′5″, HIGH for 5′5″–5′9″. Then choose your size based on the measurements in the size chart.

Can I wear FLOW fix leggings all day? Yes. The flat seams, seamless leg finish, and the open heel are designed for all-day comfort.

Are FLOW fix leggings a medical device? No. They are compression and massage leggings for everyday wear. If your doctor has recommended medical compression, you can choose ACTIVE leggings or ACTIVE leggings 2.0.

If you have been diagnosed with lipoedema or another venous or lymphatic condition, always consult your doctor or specialist before wearing compression garments.
