LIPOELASTIC return policy
We offer a guarantee that if you're in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered, we will refund you for the items returned to us. We advise you to try the garment on to ensure correct sizing. Please, do not wear any make up, perfume or body lotion when trying garments on. Please note that we are not refunding the transportation costs, but only product purchase price. You will bear the full cost of the return postage.
Return unwanted products to us within 14 days from the receipt of goods.
USA customers please note, that unwanted products must be returned to the UK address.
How to exchange goods?
Fill in details of item(s) you wish to return as well as new details of item(s) you wish to recieve. If you order new garment of same price, we will post it when we recieve unwanted item. In case you order garment with different price, we will contact you to sort out the difference.
The new item(s) will be posted with 48h delivery, free of charge, after we recieve unwanted goods.
Alternatively, you can bring unwanted garments to our office for exchange. Please, email us details on firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 020 8090 5001 to ensure process is fast and easy.
How to return goods?
Due to the medical nature of our products and for health and safety reasons, any garments worn post-surgery cannot be returned. Do not send used garments as we are not obliged to accept these items and those will be sent back to you.
Returned products must be:
- In their original condition - not damaged, altered, worn, washed, or dry cleaned
- Folded and in original product packaging
- Please make sure that you are not wearing any make up, perfume or body lotion when trying the garment on.
Process of return:
- Download return label
- Complete LIPOELASTIC return label form provided. Products without enclosed returned label will not be refunded. Completing return/ exchange form will make the process of refunding goods smoother and more efficient.
- Attach the return label and post the product(s) to us - you will bear the cost of the return postage.
- Upon receipt of the return we will:
a. Check the returned product(s) to ensure that they meet the required conditions as above.
b. If so, we will issue a refund within a maximum of 14 days from receiving the return.

When do you get your money back?
Once returned products have been received, we will then issue a refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of postage. Please note that we are not obliged in any way to issue a refund before the goods have been returned or evidence of goods being returned has been provided.
We will refund your money by the same method as we have received them.
