  • Fasten the Abdominal belt so each separate strap is properly attached to its opposite side (Hook-and-loop). Adjust compression, so it is comfortable for you.
  • Handle with care; velcro fastener might damage your clothes.  
  • When washing, it is necessary to close the velcro in order not to damage the functionality of the product.
  • Wash at 30ᵒC/80ᵒF.
